Confirm workholding before choosing the table

Standard aluminum profile + PVC table

Plan clamps and fixture positions around the cutter path. Review how each part will stay supported during profile cutting and detailed routing.

Optional vacuum table + pump

Consider vacuum workholding based on sheet porosity, part size and cut layout. It is an optional system, and its suitability should be checked on your actual job.

For small wood components that may suit laser processing, explore the LZ-1390 CO2 laser cutter. Material composition, thickness and acceptable edge finish must be reviewed separately.

Furniture CNC questions

Can the LZ-1325 process my plywood or wood board?

Send the board specification, thickness and required operations. Tooling, feed strategy and workholding must be selected for the job. A sample test helps confirm the finish before you order.

Is the vacuum table standard?

No. The regular worktable is aluminum profile + PVC. The optional vacuum system includes a vacuum table and vacuum pump; suitability depends on the material and part layout.

Does the router produce the complete finished furniture?

The router processes components. Assembly, sanding, decoration and other finishing operations depend on your product and require separate planning.

Is the Georgia case configuration the same as the current standard?

No. Historical customer projects can have order-specific equipment. Your quotation will state the spindle, table, control system and any options supplied.

What should I send for a free sample test?

Send drawings, material composition and thickness, part dimensions, assembly requirements and the finish you want. We will confirm the test arrangements; any sample shipping is agreed separately.
