LZ-1816L is a panoramic vision CO2 laser cutting machine for printed fabrics and textile components. It combines a 1800 × 1600 mm working area, two 150W laser heads and a standard conveyor table. An automatic roll fabric feeder is available separately as an option.

Optional: automatic roll fabric feeder
A separate feeding unit supports unwinding and supplying roll fabric to the conveyor table. The conveyor table is standard; the automatic fabric feeder is not included as standard.
Discuss roll width, roll weight, stretch and feeding requirements before selecting this option. Computer, extraction and other accessory requirements are confirmed in the quotation.
How Panoramic Vision Cutting Works
The camera captures printed patterns across the working area and supports contour recognition for cutting around the artwork. Two laser heads work on separate tracks. Artwork layout, material stretch and feed alignment affect the result, so test the actual fabric before confirming the production setup.
Textile Applications & Material Selection
Applications include printed garment panels, sportswear components, fabric graphics and decorative cut-outs. Share the fabric composition, coating, thickness, usable width and artwork so we can assess suitability and the desired edge finish.
The laser cuts the material; textile printing is a separate process. PVC-containing fabrics are not suitable for this CO2 laser process. Unknown coatings and blends must be identified before testing.

Electrical supply, installed dimensions, packed dimensions and weight are confirmed for the final equipment configuration. Cutting speed and registration results are evaluated using your material and artwork.

Conveyor Table ≠ Automatic Roll Feeder
The standard conveyor moves fabric through the machine. The optional roll feeder is a separate unit that supplies roll fabric to the table.

Is the automatic fabric feeder included?
The conveyor feeding table is standard. The separate automatic roll fabric feeder is optional and is included only when specified in your quotation.
Is panoramic vision standard on this model?
Yes. This model includes panoramic vision positioning for printed-pattern contour cutting. Test your artwork and fabric to confirm recognition and the cut result.
Does the machine print the fabric?
No. It cuts fabric, including suitable pre-printed textiles. Printing takes place on separate equipment before vision-guided contour cutting.
Can you test my printed fabric before I order?
Yes. We provide a free sample test. Share the fabric composition, artwork, dimensions and required finish. Test and sample shipping arrangements are agreed separately.
How do I get a quotation and delivery schedule?
