What textile products do you make?

Printed garment panels on the fabric laser conveyor table

Printed garment panels

Contour cutting around suitable pre-printed apparel and sportswear designs. Review panel dimensions, print contrast and fabric stretch.

Printed textile graphics with shaped cut outlines

Fabric graphics & shaped pieces

Cut printed textile artwork into the required outlines. Share the material composition and required border or cutting allowance.

Decorative floral cut-outs from the fabric laser application samples

Decorative cut-outs

Evaluate perforations and decorative patterns for suitable textiles. Test narrow details and edge appearance on your own material.

These are application samples, not customer production guarantees. Suitability depends on the exact fabric, coating, design and desired finish.

Choose the right fabric feeding setup

Standard: conveyor feeding table

The table moves fabric through the machine cutting area. It is included in the standard LZ-1816L configuration.

Optional: automatic roll fabric feeder

A separate unit supplies roll fabric to the conveyor. Select it according to roll width, weight, diameter and material handling needs; it is not standard equipment.

Textile cutting questions

Is panoramic vision included on the LZ-1816L?

Yes. Panoramic vision positioning is part of this model. The camera supports recognizing printed patterns for contour cutting. Your artwork, print contrast, fabric stretch and layout should be evaluated in a sample test.

What is the difference between the conveyor table and automatic feeder?

The conveyor feeding table is standard and moves fabric through the cutting area. The separate automatic roll fabric feeder is optional and supplies roll material to that table. The quotation states whether the optional feeder is included.

Can the laser cut every fabric or coated textile?

No. Confirm the exact composition, coating, thickness and required edge finish before testing. PVC-containing fabrics are not suitable for this CO2 laser process. Unknown blends and coatings need review.

Does the machine print the fabric too?

No. Textile printing is a separate process. The vision system helps cut around suitable pre-printed designs. Plain fabric jobs can also be evaluated using cutting files.

What do you need for a free sample test?

Send the fabric composition, sample or clear photos, artwork, usable width, panel dimensions and output target. For rolls, include diameter, weight and feeding requirements. Sample shipping arrangements are agreed separately.
